White Grass Manor Capim Branco

Brazilian White Grass Manor Capim Branco is one of the oldest coffee farms in Brazil, with a history dating back to 1901.

Great coffee begins with producers, and Eduardo Andrade's family has spent generations perfecting their methods to grow the best coffee. Fazenda Capim Branco has been a member of the Andrade family since 1901 and is one of the oldest specialty coffee farms in Brazil. It is located in Cerrado Mineiro in the northern state of Minas Gerais, near Carmo de Paranaiba in Bahia state. This is the first coffee producing region in Brazil to win the title of origin, similar to the famous wine region.

The Cerrado Mineiro area, which is 1100 to 1250 meters above sea level, provides ideal conditions for coffee production due to the perfect balance of the dry and wet seasons. Fazenda Capim Branco's soil is volcanic soil, and most farms grow Huang Kadu Ai Catua í varieties, and coffee thrives in this environment. Careful management, such as those carried out by the Andrade family, allows coffee to blossom and mature relatively evenly, creating good conditions for the use of tanning methods to treat coffee. In this case, ripe cherries dry on the patio to produce sweet, fruity coffee. Once the beans reach the required water content, dry grind them to remove the dried pulp and parchment, then classify and screen the outlet.

Combined with the region's natural conditions, meticulous crop management, forward-looking crop planning and post-harvest refinement, Andrader Family Farm's coffee quality, award-winning, is appreciated around the world.
