Nepal is the 13th largest coffee producer in the world.
This is a difficult country. Nevertheless, in the eyes of neighboring countries, it is a very optimistic group. The most common description of Nicaragua is "Muy Simpatico", which means happy, friendly and easy to be friends.
The main variety of Nicaraguan coffee is Arabica, of which Kaddura, bourbon, Pacamara and elephant beans all have good quality. The treatment is more washed with water, and some of them are in the sun or half in the sun.
Nicaragua is mainly divided into four major producing areas, namely, Bosnia and Herzegovina Sub-region (Segovias), Madaguelba / Henodeka region (Matagalpa/Jinotega), Borgo region (Boaco) and Pacific Coast region (Pacific). The highest planting height in Bosnia and Herzegovina is about 1500-2000, and the coffee produced is the highest SHG (Strictly High Grown).

La Ilusion is the tallest in Nicaragua on Michael's ridge from 1750 meters to 1900 meters above sea level. High altitude is also reflected in coffee cups grown here, which is one of the most complex coffees in the country. Seen from the farm house, the pine forest stretches out of sight, dotted with white clouds below. Clouds floating to this height create a dreamy landscape around the plantation, hence the name Phantom Manor.
