Rwanda has high-quality coffee growing conditions such as high altitude, regular precipitation, volcanic soil rich in organic nutrients and rich bourbon varieties. The vast majority of Rwandan coffee is produced by small farmers, and some people think that no one on half a 1 million-hectare island usually has more than 1 hectare of land. Generally speaking, a farmer only looks after the cherry fruit yield of each coffee tree is 4Kg, so each farmer only produces two bags of coffee. These are all bourbon varieties, coupled with the high altitude of 1600-2300 meters, bring people such a high-quality and complex taste of the cup.
