Don Pepe Manor is one of the famous estates in Panama. Don Pepe Manor has grown coffee since 1898 and has experienced the efforts of five generations of Panamanians. Don Pepe

The founder of Tang Pepe Manor, which has a history of a hundred years, is not only the town of Poquet in Panama, but also the pioneer of coffee cultivation in the area. The manor is the winner of the Panamanian coffee competition and the top ten estates in the 2015 competition.

The manor is located in the forest zone of more than 1500 meters of Baru volcano, with a total area of 80 hectares, of which 20 hectares are allocated for virgin forest conservation, the remaining 60 hectares for coffee, and only 6 hectares for precious geisha varieties.

The cup tests the flavor:

The raw bean is low in water content, dense and hard, and exudes the aroma of grain and sucrose. It is selected by hand picking Seiko, and the defect rate is very low, which shows the maturity of manor management and fermentation.

It has the soft flavor characteristics of Panamanian Pokuit geisha, high sweetness, soft acidity with floral notes, and belongs to the temperate fruit with soft flavor.

Under the extremely light baked degree, it has a strong fruity aroma, such as ripe dried mango, faint floral aroma, sweet and soft acidity and sweetness, full palate with a hint of vanilla, deep and complex flavor in the cup.

Panamanian Coffee Rose Summer is not famous for its beauty, but for its sweet and sour balance, light and elegant floral notes, extremely clean and long aftertaste.
