KENYA

Kenya is located in East Africa, right on the equator, with the Indian Ocean to the east, Ethiopia to the north and Tanzania to the south. Kenya is mostly grown in the highlands of the southwest and east, and Kenya can be said to be a dynamic element of the high-end Arabica raw bean market. In the world's recognized, the most advanced Arabica coffee series, the indispensable coffee is Kenya AA. AA here refers to the grade of raw bean size, and the evaluation grade includes seven grades (AA, AB, PB, C, E, TT, T) from the largest raw bean to the smallest raw bean. The largest raw bean of Kenyan coffee is AA, which contains the most oil, which is unique to Kenyan coffee and can induce strong aroma.

MUCHAGARA

MUCHAGARA is the Kikuyu language of Kenya, the name of a village in the Kirinyaga District region, and the estate is named MUCHAGARA. Coffee was grown in 1959 for 56 years. The estate is located in the famous western region of Kirinyaga District in Kinyaga in the south of Mount Kenya.

The rainy season and florescence are from March to April and are processed with KAMWETI river water with an annual output of 350t. The fertile soil in the area is very conducive to agricultural production, so this is the natural advantage of the manor. The perennial snow-covered peak of the Kenyan mountains has a very broad view and is a world-famous tourist attraction. The rich volcanic soil gives the coffee beans produced in this area a unique smooth texture and active sour taste.

MUCHAGARA Manor belongs to the BARAGWI Cooperative, which has more than 16000 registered members. These members will concentrate on coffee cherries in 12 major raw bean processing plants. When fresh coffee cherries are picked, 100% of the water from the nearby Kamweti River is used for washing and fermentation, thus ensuring clean acidity. The fermented coffee beans will be dried by sun dried on the drying rack.
