Solberg&Hansen 's story begins at a grocery store in Oslo in 1879. Two coffee hungers, Carl Solberg and Fritjof Hansen, laid the foundation for one of the well-known companies in the coffee industry. Since then, they have been inspired to look for delicious coffee, and even today they have the same idea: as coffee roasters and suppliers of coffee, tea and equipment in Norway.

Solberg&Hansen is an established coffee boutique, but they are always forward-looking and willing to make breakthroughs. As a result, they are pioneers in the coffee industry both in Norway and internationally. They have been looking for excellent coffee areas around the world since early on and have the most important task: how to build long-term relationships with professional and skilled coffee farmers in different countries.

This promotes sustainability and fair trade and has become the basic values of the industry. However, this is our main quality assurance. Through inspection and close cooperation, we can trace the production and cultivation of coffee. It is because of this traceability that they are able to maintain high quality coffee, raw beans and tea.

Burundi, a country located in the central plateau of Africa, is besieged because coffee accounts for more than 90% of export foreign exchange earnings, so it attaches great importance to the quality of coffee. Because Burundi has fertile soil, the quality of Burundian coffee beans is quite the same. Like the Blue Mountains of Jamaica, there are almost no defects and are regarded as beans of the same grade in the eyes of experts.

When I saw this period, I suddenly realized that this is a good bean comparable to the Blue Mountain! No wonder it won unanimous praise from everyone.

Burundian coffee beans are suitable for medium-depth baking. Unlike other coffee beans, the aroma and taste of Burundian Flying are obvious and strong. The word "wild" is used in the book to describe it. Like a Mercedes-Benz horse, people can clearly feel the aroma of coffee!
