La Bastilla Coffee Estates has two coffee estates in Nicaragua, specializing in producing quality and delicious special certified (Rainforest Alliance) coffee. We have also established the La Bastilla Foundation to provide coffee farmers with a better working environment and improve their lives and incomes, which is also one of the reasons for the high quality of our coffee. La Bastilla's coffee was certified by the Rainforest Alliance in 2003, and the manor has unique natural conditions. Whether in the climate, shade, soil, our coffee has an excellent growing environment, coupled with the ecological concept as the main axis of the processing plant, so that the coffee produced by La Bastilla has a very high quality and unique aroma.

Nicaraguan Coffee-Bastia Manor

La Bastilla Farm is located about 20 kilometers from Jinoteg, adjacent to Jinoteg's important Datanli el Diablo nature reserve, and the estate is between 1050 and 1450 meters above sea level. The estate has an irrigated river from west to east, which flows into the Jig ü ina River and into Lake Apan á s in the east. The total area is 311 hectares, of which 160 hectares are coffee growing areas, while the rest retain complete primitive forest areas and administrative areas.

Chateau Saint Luz

Saint Luz Farm is located 4 km northeast of El Tuma in Matagalba province. Between 700 and 900 meters above sea level. Covering an area of 158 hectares, a total of 127 hectares are used for coffee cultivation, and the rest are primitive woodlands and administrative areas.
