Bird of Paradise Manor is located in the Wiki Valley in the Western Highlands Province, about 1500 meters above sea level, with well-drained volcanic soil; it was founded in 1950 and has been more than 60 years old. is the pioneer of the local coffee industry.

Due to the geographical location in the southern hemisphere, the harvest season savings of local coffee is different from the annual harvest from October to February in Central and South America from May to August. The farm and surrounding farmers jointly manage a vast area of nearly 413 hectares of land, harvesting only ripe red coffee cherries and sending them to the estate's own treatment plant for post-processing, but the local washing treatment in New Guinea is different from that in Central and South America. It uses three times of water washing and fermentation, soaking for about 24 hours each time, and changing clean water to control the coffee flavor. After cleaning, remove the outer shell of raw beans and then carry out various grades, such as AA grade, AB grade, PB round beans and so on. This fine post-processing method brings bright and delicate fruit and sour flavor to the coffee itself, clean and long sweet taste.

Baking recommendations:

The tin card is suitable for baking with balanced firepower and stir-frying with standard baking method, 20% for bean throttle, 50% for browning point throttle, and 80% for blast throttle. The firepower can be fine-tuned according to the ROR situation, and the adjustment range is about 5%. It is recommended that the beans can be baked to the end of explosion, and the baking degree is moderate.
