Panama Coffee Brands-Casa Louise (Casa Ruiz) Cooperative was founded in 1979 and is one of the most famous cooperatives in Boquete district of Baru volcano. Its headquarters is located in the valley of Baru volcano skirt belt. The family has passed down for 3 generations and more than 300 small family farms and estates have joined partners from planting, processing to marketing. Most of the manor members have a history of 100 years, including Berlina, Maunier, Panamaria and Cafe Ruiz. Casa Ruiz and his partners follow Boquete's ancient local tradition of growing suitable traditional varieties in an environmentally friendly way, but carefully screen, label and preserve high-quality beans in every detail, making it the winner of the Best of Panama competition.

Berina Manor is located in Panama's famous coffee producing area Poquet. This bean should be said to be the first bean that impressed me when I first came into contact with fine coffee. The volcanic soil and unique microclimate of the Poquet region create "weather" and "geographical position" for high-quality coffee beans. As one of the oldest coffee varieties, iron pickups can be described as fine products. They have always been the most favored main varieties of coffee growers, and they have paid great efforts to plant and select them.
Berliner Manor is 1600 meters above sea level and is one of the estates owned by Caesar Louis Cooperative (CASA.RUIZ), a world-famous raw bean merchant. The sun-treated iron beans produced are regular in shape, uniform in size and uniform in color. After baking, the cooked beans taste clean, rich in nutty flavor, sweet and balanced.
How to make Panama coffee?
