I used Idido's Haramoka and Yemeni Moqa Matali to make a comparison.
Because the style and personality of Haramoka raw beans are different from different planting places and different processing plants, and because some Haramoka styles tend to be snow caffeine, I use IDIDO's Hara as a comparison, because I think IDIDO's Hara belongs to the right Haramoca.
A Yemeni mocha Matali is normally baked up to 2 explosions. After drinking, the last place left in the mouth will have a bitter taste. This is the characteristic of this bean.
B has this characteristic of bitterness, it is not terrible, what is terrible is that it is not sweet. Because if the pure bitterness, it will make people feel very monotonous and empty. But if the raw bean itself has a good sweetness, then the bitter taste is very lively and has a good aftertaste.
If you drink Yunnan beans carefully, you will find that many varieties of Yunnan beans will feel bitter after drinking. It is a pity that there is not enough sweetness in this kind of bitterness, so it is very thin and has little lasting power. There are many reasons for the lack of sweetness of raw beans.
But on the whole, beans with high sweetness can be baked either shallow or deep.
The difference between Hara and Matali in Yemen
A the output is larger than that of Halabi, Yemen, Matali.
The difference between the personality of B style
(Hara of IDIDO) is the right Hara, the smell is the right Hara aroma, the taste is thick enough, there is a certain penetration, the taste feels the fullest in so many harans, with a red wine tone and a certain sweetness. In the deep baking, it tastes like Yemeni Matari.
Where is the Yemeni Matari better than IDIDO's Hara?
In terms of taste, Matali is more delicate and more penetrating than IDIDO's Hara. From the evaluation results of this part alone, the price can be doubled. Of course, everything has to be said to be comprehensive.
Each has its own characteristics in terms of aroma (involving personal preferences, not discussed)
The taste is fuller than Hara, and the taste has a larger area in the tongue, especially when the taste area is large, the taste is delicate and exquisite, and the performance of penetration is satisfactory.
Because a lot of beans, although the taste area is large, but the taste is thicker or rough, there is no penetration or no penetration.
In terms of sweetness, the sweetness is higher than that of Hara ~ ~ if you add sweetness but taste
Give an example: if a bean, sweetness is good or better, the taste in the tongue is relatively large or small, thick or thin, but the taste is not delicate enough, or thicker. The penetration power is weak or not. Aroma will not be discussed (personal preference).
If you make such a comprehensive evaluation, you will know that the things of An are better and worse than those of B.
