Bourbon varieties have low productivity and are susceptible to insect pests and leaf rust, but have a good flavor. Descendants of bourbon varieties include Kaddura, Kaduai, New World and so on.

Unknown in many countries, it was brought to the Costa Rican Tropical Agricultural Research and Teaching Center (CATIE) in 1953 and labeled T2722. In the 1960s, it was considered resistant to coffee leaf rust, so CATIE distributed and transplanted T2722 to Panama, and it was not until 2005 that it began to win cup tests.

At present, the best-known origin of Rosa Rosa is in the Pokuit region of Panama, a small city at the eastern foot of Mount Baru. The most famous rosy summer coffee plantations in Poquet are the famous Emerald Manor (La Esmeralda), Arida Manor Elida Estate and Panamanian NPGE Manor. Although Rosa Coffee is grown all over the world, even in Taiwan, the flavor is not as amazing as that of Panama.

The roaster on Qianjie Street uses medium-light roasting to highlight the pleasant acidity and special aroma of flowers and fruits when baking the above three Rosa coffee.
