Oscar and Olga Mendez says that this is a new beginning for him. They plant their own coffee and sell the coffee they are proud of. You will find it very strange that many harmful crops have a common feature, that is, "natural", that is, in order to make coffee drink "natural", farmers will also do their best to make the environment "natural". But this requires effort and sacrifice, first of all, more primitive forests must be preserved, and on the contrary, fewer species will naturally produce less, and there can be no more agricultural and chemical fertilizers. What's more, there can be no weeding, so we must pay more manpower, weeding, weeding, etc. .. . Of course, all you get is a tasty "natural" coffee.

The first image of this coffee is "super sweet", which is very sweet. The dried fragrance of ground powder can clearly feel the sweetness of a ripe fruit, honey, and dried strawberries. The fragrance after adding water is elegant tea, fruit, grape and dried roasted oyster. There is a distinct difference between the cup and our traditional Costa Rican coffee. The acidity is low and the taste is sweet. With emphasis on honey-treated beans, it is ultra-dry, and I think it is appropriate. Strong and sweet honey lemon flavor, ripe juicy fruit, sweet dried fruit, dried fruit, raisin, slightly fresh soil, an extremely "honey-processed" coffee!
