There are two dry and wet seasons in a year, with wet season from May to October and dry season from November to April of the following year. Annual precipitation is 2,000 - 3,000 mm in the northeast and 500 - 1,000 mm in the south.
New Oriental is the youngest coffee producing area in Guatemala. The rain here is abundant, and it is covered by clouds all the year round. In ancient times it was a volcanic area, where the soil is composed of metamorphic rocks, so it is rich in minerals.
Blueberry Manor is the highest planting height in Guatemala and one of the most powerful estates; the owner of the estate professionally manages the farm, challenging the coffee planting at 2300 meters and challenging the limit of Arabica planting higher flavor. Pacamara is a hybrid of Pacas and Maragogype found in Salvador in 1950.
First bred by Salvadoran researchers in 1958, Pacamara is a rare excellent variety of artificial breeding, which has both the excellent taste of Pacas and the large size of Maragogype. The bean body is at least 70%~80% larger than that of elephant bean. The biggest characteristic of this variety is sour and lively, sometimes biscuit fragrance, sometimes fruit fragrance, excellent thickness and grease feeling.
Flavor: Nutty smell, hot with plum, passion fruit acid notes, with some light fermented fruit flavor, the middle with cream sweet and nutty flavor, the end has green tea feeling, sugar back sweet lasting, temperature down with citrus acid notes, sour and sour shock, the finish is rose tea fragrance and slightly brown sugar sweet.
