Over the years, Camilo Merizalde, a well-known landowner who has grown and experimented with boutique coffee in Colombia, has used his years of experience in manor management for variety selection and planting, in addition to the excellent Chateau San Tuareo and Finca Inmaculate. In 2010, Camilo began to plant and develop its latest estate and named it Yunwu Manor. At the beginning of its planting, Camilo selected some of the rarest coffee varieties in the world, such as Geisha and Laurina, to grow in Yunwu Manor. In addition to these excellent traditional varieties, Camilo also introduced Sudan Rume varieties (or RS-510) from South Sudan's Boma Plateau Valley.

Sudan Rume belongs to an earlier variety than Typica and Bourbon in genealogical analysis. Because Sudan Rume is mostly planted in Sudan and Ethiopia, its rich gene pool has attracted scholars to study its own disease resistance genes for many years, but it is not popular in various coffee producing countries for many years because its yield is smaller than other varieties. Compared with the traditional common Geisha flavor, Sudan Rume has a relatively rare but rich typical toffee caramel flavor, but also has a thicker mellow performance.

Remember Sudan Rume, when Sasa Sestic won the throne in 2015 WBC. Due to the scarcity of production and the tedious processing process, the price is not close to the people, and outside the coffee circle, the reputation of Sudan Rume is far less than that of Geisha or even Blue Mountain, so it is not easy to find in the market. This batch is the domestic raw bean merchant Y, purchased directly from Sasa's ONA version, and whether it is the same as the Caf é Import version is unknown.

According to the bean merchant's flavor description, this coffee has caramel, brown sugar, chocolate, stone Stone Fruits (such as peaches, plums, cherries and other stone fruits, not walnuts, walnuts and other nuts), lemon peel, and smooth greasy feeling. According to experience, usually caramel and brown sugar do not exist in the same cup of coffee. It is speculated that brown sugar may be dried and emit a wet fragrance similar to caramel when it is hot.

This unique batch of coffee, from farms in Rigoberto and Luis, Colombia, is washed but has an amazing taste. Sweet spices, cardamom, tea taste, and floral characteristics, these are the special flavor of this variety, it is difficult to find in other varieties.

Sudan Rume is an ancient breed from the Boma plateau of South Sudan, near Ethiopia. Coffee here is in the same natural state as Ethiopia, that is, coffee tends to grow in the forest and grows with other plants. This area can be said to be the gene pool for coffee varieties, and many coffee varieties are isolated from this vast gene pool, in order to increase yield and fight leaf rust. Because of the low yield of Sudan Rume, it is difficult to persuade ordinary farmers to plant it, which has no commercial value.

Las Margaritas Manor, located near Cali, Colombia, is a coffee estate with a history of three generations. This Sultan Rumei has only planted 6500 trees on three hectares of land. But the quality of this batch of coffee can be said to be better than expected.
