The origin of the name of the Worka-Sakaro village is quite interesting. When Herselahi was still emperor, an official visited the area and found that the people in the area were very hospitable, so they called the area Worik, which means gold, and in the native language of the Gedeo, it is Worka. And there is a huge sacred tree called Sakaro, and later generations take the local most distinctive and allusive Worka and Sakaro as place names, which are quite representative. Wauka. The Wuli treatment plant, one of the two existing processing plants in the village of Waka, was founded in 2012. The meaning of high altitude (High Altitude) in the local aboriginal Gedi language (High Altitude), as the name implies, echoes its outstanding geographical location, not only located in the most essential producing area of Yega snow, but also the inherent advantage of high altitude, creating a unique and excellent flavor. Under the 2018 ECX/ export system, there has been a major change, that is, not all raw coffee beans from private processing plants have to go through the bidding platform of ECX. Under this new system, if a batch of coffee beans has first found a buyer for export through the exporter, it can be "directly" sent to the exporter's dry processing plant (Dry Mill) after leaving the processing plant after ECX inspection and grading. Carry out the final processing before export. This new path represents the birth of a legal traceability pipeline. Under the premise of having reliable export partners, we can be more at ease to purchase and even operate customized batches. After all, if there is no reliable channel to start with after the completion of the customized experimental batches, everything is empty talk.
