The Emerald Red Standard Rose Summer Coffee Bean is planted at an altitude of 1600-1800 meters, with a cup test score of more than 90 points. It is mainly produced in Jaramillo and Ca ñ as Verdes Manor, and is also the highest quality Panamanian coffee bean in Jade Manor. Because the solubility of shallow roasted coffee beans is lower than that of deep roasted coffee beans, in order to ensure that the rose summer flavor can be fully extracted, a higher water temperature is used for cooking, and a finer grinding degree is also selected. Here Qianjie suggests that you can use the cooking parameters of Hario V60 filter cup, 91 ℃ water temperature, 15g powder quantity, 1:15 powder-water ratio, grinding degree EK43s scale 10 (Chinese standard 20 sieve pass rate 80%).
Qianjie uses the common three-stage boiling method, the first stage is steamed with 30 grams of water for 30 seconds, and then the second stage is filled with a small flow around to 125 grams for stages, and when the water level is about to expose the powder bed, the third stage continues to inject water to 225 grams to stop water injection, and the filter cup is removed when the water level drop is about to expose the powder bed.
Red standard rose summer coffee has a very bright rose fragrance, a thick juice similar to berries and apricots, rich flavor levels, and sweetness is very obvious. The fragrance emitted by the green standard rose summer is different from that of the red standard rose, but tends to be full-bodied jasmine, with high sweetness and rich overall flavor, with long-lasting fragrance of flowers and citrus. The floral aroma of the blue standard is relatively light, and the taste is clean and bright without red and green labels, with sweet honey in the middle, oolong tea at the end and sweet brown sugar at the end.
