Among them Poas Boaz

Poas Boas is a volcanic area in central Costa Rica, with an altitude of 1200 to 1600 meters and a population of about 30000. In the middle of the region, an active layered volcano stands 2708 meters in the sky, surrounded by Costa Rica's most visited national park.

Poas Boas is the world's best producer of coffee beans in central Costa Rica. The microclimate performance in this area exposes coffee beans to rapid and significant temperature changes, thus forming hard, high-quality characteristic manor coffee beans. In addition to the climate and almost constant rainfall, coffee plants in the region also grow in fertile soil rich in volcanic minerals, creating a special sweet flavor of coffee beans.

In Boaz, coffee is harvested from November to February. The Boaz region, known as the pioneer coffee region of Costa Rica, has a strong aromatic atmosphere and produces rich, full-bodied coffee beans with rich acidity.
