[introduction to the Manor]

Dionel named his estate Oak Manor in honor of the old oak trees that still exist in the manor. Dionel is already the third generation of farmers in the Chilito family. Oak Manor, with its highest point up to 1800 meters above sea level, is located in the town of Pitalito in Huilan, where it began to produce boutique coffee four years ago. Dionel decided to change the variety planted to test the benefits of being different from traditional planting. Under the guidance of a nearby farmer, an attempt to improve planting and treatment began with the aim of increasing income. Dionel lives and works on the manor with his wife and two daughters. He selectively harvested the coffee, had strict standards, and removed the diseased fruit by flotation, which was then fermented and dried. The sanitary management of the manor is very strict, you can see slogans such as "No eating and smoking here", and the water quality used in washing treatment is also very clean.
