Dehong, Lincang, Pu'er, Baoshan, Xishuangbanna, Wenshan and other places in the south and west of Yunnan are all the distribution areas of small-grain coffee in Yunnan. Up to now, the planting area of coffee in Yunnan has reached 1.8 million mu, with an annual output of 150000 tons.

The western and southern parts of Yunnan Province are located between 15 °N and the Tropic of Cancer, most of which are 1000-2000 meters above sea level, and the topography is dominated by mountains and slopes. With fertile land, sufficient sunshine, rich rainfall and large temperature difference between day and night, the unique natural conditions have formed the particularity of Yunnan small seed coffee taste-strong but not bitter, fragrant but not strong, slightly fruity.

The cultivation of coffee in Baoshan began in the mid-1950s, and the first coffee seedling was introduced by the late patriotic overseas Chinese Mr. Liang Jinshan in Southeast Asia. Baoshan Coffee planting area is located at the eastern foot of Gaoligong Mountain, which belongs to the dry and hot valley. The climate belongs to the monsoon climate of the south subtropical eastern dry summer humid plateau, with sufficient sunshine, rich heat, less Rain Water, warm winter and less fog, and no frost all the year round. In December 2010, after being examined and approved by the General Administration of quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China, it was decided to implement the protection of national geographical indication products for "Baoshan small Coffee". By the end of 2016, the planting area of coffee in Baoshan City was 260000 mu, with a total output of 35000 tons. Mainly distributed in Longyang, Longling, Changning and Shidian counties (cities).

Iron pickup

The top leaves of the iron pickup are red and copper, the opposite leaves are long and oval, the leaves are smooth, and the branches at the ends are very long and few branches. Although the flavor of Tieka coffee is elegant, but its physique is weak, its disease resistance is poor, it is easy to get leaf rust, and its yield is not much.
