This batch of Costa Rican raw beans comes from Tarrazu Gamboa Manor. Tarrazu is located in the vast mountains on the Pacific side and is known as the "shrine of birds and forests". Coffee is cultivated in narrow valleys and hillsides. This is the birthplace of honey treatment, the whole pulp fermented black honey is difficult to deal with, so the annual output of Gamboa Manor is only 500 bags, which is a small batch of rare boutique.
The coffee beans treated with black honey have a heavy flavor of nuts and chocolate. when baking, they are specially slightly lighter to make the taste more refreshing. In the cup test, the throat is milky when swallowed, the liquid saturation is high, it becomes sweeter and sweeter after cooling down, and the juice feels obvious, a bit like the Blue Mountain, so it gets the title of "Little Blue Mountain" inside.
Qianjie coffee is suggested to be brewed.

Steaming in 30 grams of water for 30 seconds
