GUATEMALA FINCA LA ESPERANZA

Fragrance: 8

Acidity: 9

Body: 9

Taste: 9

Aftertaste: 8

Blind evaluation: balanced structure, complex and unusual aroma. Citrus, butter, roasted nuts, lush flowers, hints of sweet chocolate in aromas and cups. Crisp, juicy acidity; slightly sweet and refreshing. The finish is soft and rich, with butter and sweetness.

Note: this wine consists entirely of the highly respected black bean variety Arabica Pacamara, a hybrid of giant bean varieties Maragogipe and Pacas, which is a selection of ancestral bourbon whisky (Bourbon). C.O.E. 7 shows that this batch of Pacamara coffee is the seventh place in the famous winning cup competition in Guatemala, with hundreds of green coffee participating in the competition. Coffea Roasterie is a wholesale and retail roaster headquartered in South Dakota, offering a small and refined selection of coffee, mainly from a single origin.
