Linarco owns a small farm of only 4 hectares. He also lives on the farm with his family, mother and sister, who also works there. He is the representative of the third generation coffee growers.
I have participated in the Excellence Cup many times in the past (that is, 2013 and 2015). In 2018, he decided to use technical assistance to process raw coffee before the competition. That's paid off, and his coffee won the 13th place! As a result, Linarco hopes to focus more on process quality and long-term cooperation.
El Diviso Farm is located in the Huila region of southwestern Colombia, which is one of the main coffee growing areas in the country. The farm is located in the mountains near the local administrative city of Palestine. We bought the coffee directly through the Outstanding Cup auction because Charles liked the coffee very much in the competition and he thought it was his favorite. It is a great pleasure to share a cup of this fruity coffee with you.
You can look forward to apricots and black cherries in the aroma of this excellent Cup coffee. The body is unique, juicy and complex with
The smell of red currant. A lingering finish with vanilla tones.
