Fazenda Samambaia is a member of Santo Antonio Estates and has been a member of the Cambraia family since 1896. With Enrique? Diaz? The generation led by Henrique Dias Cambraia is expanding its existing assets and modernising most of its production and processing.

We first met Henryk at a SCAA exhibition a few years ago, and he told us that the only purpose of his coming to this event was to establish contact with Atlas and establish a business relationship with us. This is a good start, and since then, we have been visiting every year and looking for sources of quality coffee from Brazil through Henryk.

Samambaia has recently done some small batch experiments selected by hand-very different from Brazil's famous large-scale production of natural coffee. These wines are very avant-garde fruits with black bubbles like grapes-a good choice for those looking for small wines with unique flavors. Atlas also often carries Samambaia's yellow bourbon natural pulp, which is very sweet, full-bodied coffee with black fruit and chocolate flavors, and is a good espresso.
