Gui Xia's discovery:

The Geisha species was discovered in 1931 in Ethiopia's rosewood forests and sent to coffee research institutes in Kenya; introduced to Uganda and Tanzania in 1936, Costa Rica in 1953, Panama in the 1970s by Francesco de la Domba Seven Farm. Mr. Serrazin picked up seeds from CATIE in Costa Rica and began planting rosewood coffee.

Emerald Estate, located in the Poquet region of Chiriquí Province, Panama, borders the Caribbean Sea to the north and the Pacific Ocean to the south. Panama's east-west orientation allows moist air from these two seas to flow through the central mountains and eventually converge on the mountains above 6500 feet, creating a microclimate that is very suitable for coffee cultivation and making it a fine coffee kingdom.

Emerald Manor is blessed by this microclimate, combined with the fertile soil, towering terrain, abundant rainfall and well-preserved virgin forests of the Baru Volcano region, which makes Emerald Manor coffee unique and has a long finish.

Front street tells you! Emerald Manor has three grades of rose summer: red, green and blue. Today, I mainly share with you the collection batch-Green Label Rose Summer.

After many years of planting experiments, Emerald Manor found that only coffee beans harvested from rose coffee trees growing at an altitude of more than 1,400 meters can show the citrus and jasmine flavors that rose beans should have. So they graded the rose beans according to planting height and actual cup score, dividing them into "red, green and blue" grades.

Green Label-[Collection Lot]

Planted at 1,600- 1,800 m from Jaramillo, Quiel, Ca? A microbatch blend of beans from three different estates in Verdes. Although it is a mixed rose summer, it has the classic flavor of red label.

Although not the highest bid bean, the Green Label grade still has the classic flavor of Rosedale coffee beans, floral, fruity, citrus aromatic acid, thick and juicy taste. A selection of the best ripe coffee fruit for intense sweet, bright acidity, delicious flavor, this grade of rose summer beans are available as washed or sun treated raw beans.

Then we will share the green label rose summer brewing!
