The last time, in December, it was packed in Grainpro bags to preserve beans and prevent them from getting wet and smelling. Direct trade in coffee. It is more popular and more expensive every year. Our quantity is limited. I'm sure we can deliver the goods soon. We had the privilege of visiting the farm several times and were very excited to propose to build it for another year. The Elida property Reserve won second place in the traditional washing category of the best competition in Panama in 2015, and Willoughby is owned by an international judge.

Elida Manor Coffee Elida Special Reserve is the largest coffee grown on the farm and is the last to be picked and processed. It has been a favorite of our clients for many years. Elida seems to have always been the top breed of traditional Panamanian coffee, 100% catuai, growing at very high altitudes and giving great care and detail, all of which were carefully nurtured by Wilford Lamastus and his family. Year after year, Elida Manor Reserve is a high-quality grown coffee, which seems to be becoming more and more popular. People who like this coffee will not be disappointed by its vibrant and complex taste.

Elida Real Estate is located in Volcan Baru National Park near Boquete. The farm covers an area of about 65 hectares (160 acres), of which 30 hectares are planted with coffee trees; it produces about 400 60-kilogram bags a year. Elida coffee grows at an altitude of 5500 to 6000 feet, which is the highest elevation for Panamanian coffee. In fact, Elida is one of the two tallest coffee farms in Panama. The varieties planted are catuai and bourbon, and some geisha have been planted in the past few years. Reserved lot 100% catuai. Elida is a traditional full-washed coffee that is fermented in a jar and dried in the sun. The farm has been owned by the Ramastus family since 1918. Due to the high altitude where the manor is located, the coffee ripens slowly and can only be harvested later.

Cup-shaped features: Elida's first impression is a delicate scent of flowers, whether ground or brewed. In the cup, it is very bright, with spicy acidity and fruity, and sweet sweetness with chocolate and berry flavors. It has a medium / heavy body, which is very long and very smooth. This is a truly extraordinary and satisfying cup.

Baking instructions: the best baking range is City+ to Full City. Elida Reserve's floral quality will be presented throughout the series, with minor changes highlighting spicy and citrus flavors. The whole city will strengthen its physique.
