Lemon Tree Manor (Finca Limoncillo) has a beautiful name, in fact, is also a very beautiful manor, there are nine natural waterfalls, many streams, a very variety of animal and plant ecology. The lemon tree is currently run by the Mierisch family. Dr Erwin Mierisch, the owner of the lemon tree, was a gynecologist when he was in the United States, but running a coffee garden in Nicaragua seemed to be of greater interest to him. The Mierisch family has long made a name for itself in coffee cultivation and research experiments, and in 2008 they won the runner-up in the COE contest with a specially cultivated variety of lemon trees, Java Nica, which was successfully restored in Java, Nicaragua.
