Qianjie-introduction to Yunnan small Coffee
Yunnan coffee producing area is located between 15 °north latitude and the Tropic of Cancer, and most areas are 1000-2000 meters above sea level. Bourbon also has a beautiful aroma and rich flavor, which is higher in yield and growth than iron pickup trucks. It is suitable for planting in an area of 1200 million meters, but it is less resistant to diseases and insect pests and is more sensitive to strong winds and heavy precipitation. Bourbon coffee is a variety of small-grain coffee second only to iron pickup. The lateral branches and nodes are denser, the fruit is more, and the yield is higher. But the berries are smaller and ripen more slowly. The top bud of bourbon is green, which is called green top coffee.
Coffee beans in Pu'er, Lincang, Simao, Banna and other regions have the same quality as Colombian coffee beans, and even have a little more unique herbal flavor, but the two are very different. In the face of Colombian coffee beans with a long history and strong brand, Yunnan coffee beans are hidden in the mountains. Even if Yunnan has low latitudes, high elevations, and a large temperature difference between day and night, these natural environmental advantages make the annual output of Yunnan coffee account for more than 90% of the country, but the vast majority of Yunnan coffee beans are still on the road of "export to domestic sale." export overseas at low prices, gilded packaging and then sold back to China, the "Yunnan element" is gone.
