I wonder if anyone remembers that a bean was written before: Narano, Costa Rica. Today, the bean also comes from the Narano Cooperative in Costa Rica and has a more specific name, and La Slomas is the name of a project launched by the Narano Cooperative.

In 1968, 98 coffee farmers jointly established the Narano Cooperative. Today, it has grown to more than 3,000 households, of which 95% are small farmers with an area of no more than 10 hectares, and about 40% of the members are women. Cooperatives generate more than $12 million a year for the local community.

"La Slomas", which means "hill", is a project proposed by the Narano Cooperative to bring better coffee benefits to the local coffee industry. This part of coffee farmers are distributed between 1300 and 1700 meters above sea level. The towns include Los Robles, Lourdes, San Juan Niro, Canuela, Baranca and so on. This project only collects the highest quality coffee berries in these areas and then processes them in the water system.
