How about Timor coffee? what are the origins of Timor, Timor and Katim?
Timor coffee plant variety-Timor (Timor) hybrid
Timor, known as Timtim by locals, is a cross between Robusta and Arabica, a coffee tree that was first discovered on the Indonesian island of Timor in the 1940s. Timor has been planted in large quantities because of its strong resistance to coffee leaf rust.
Timo has 44 chromosomes, similar to the Arabica coffee tree. Although it has half the Robusta gene, it is still a member of Alabuca.
Katim variety
Katim is a hybrid of Timor and Caturra, which is also resistant to coffee leaf rust. The export of Timorese coffee is limited and it is generally difficult to find wholesale dealers with raw beans.
