South American Coffee | Peruvian Coffee region description of Peruvian Coffee Flavor
A good Peruvian coffee is gentle, fragrant and delicious with mild acidity. Some of Peru's most famous coffees are Urubamba and Chanchamayo, both of which are market names.
Peruvian coffee growing area
Urubamba coffee grows in the southern part of the country near Machu Picchu, while Chanchamayo grows on the western slope of the Andes in the central part of the country, in the famous Chanchamayo high green valley east of Lima, at an altitude of about 1200 meters or more.
Peruvian CHANCHAMAYO coffee
Chanchamayo coffee shows a medium (occasionally light) body, with medium to bright acidity and pleasant flavor and aromatic quality.
The delicate Chanchamayo is smooth and delicate, with a good balance between nutty and chocolate tones, with sweet citrus flavors in flavor and aroma as well as a pleasant finish / finish. It tastes soft and sweet.
