Lemon Tree Manor and Gloria Manor (Limoncillo & La Gloria) side by side, is currently run by a pair of sisters, inherited from their father-Esteban McEwan, since 1938 began to grow coffee in the local industry, occupying an area of about 200 hectares, of which the planting area is about 100 hectares. Many varieties of coffee trees planted in this estate with an average elevation of more than 1,000 meters include: Maragoipe, Pacamara, Bourbon, Caturra, JavaNica.

The scenery in the manor is quite beautiful, with four waterfalls, several small rivers, and a large number of animal and plant ecology, so the species of shade trees are also quite diverse, including guavas, bananas, polos and some other native species. when harvesting, hand-picked just ripe coffee beans, each coffee tree will turn three rounds in the harvest season.

The COE Cup Test Competition (Cup of Excellence) held in Nicaragua in 2008 was jointly evaluated by more than 20 professional cup test judges from the United States, Japan and Europe. A total of 25 estates were selected as Nicaragua's best quality coffee beans of the year, among which the lemon tree manor won the second place with a score of 91.43 points.
