Although Taiwan's land area is small, as a coffee producing area, it has a variety of rich topography and customs, which is enough to give birth to a precious and diverse regional flavor. Ali Mountain area is not only famous for producing tea at home and abroad, but also produces coffee at the southern end of ─ Chashan Village, the southernmost village of Alishan Mountain, and in Zhuowu Mountain area at 1200m above sea level. ─ Xu Junrong, the owner of Zhuowu Mountain Coffee Farm, as his name, grows coffee in the high mountains and becomes famous. Self-produced, self-made and self-sold coffee won the second place in the 2011 Taiwan Coffee Competition, and won the first prize for Alishan Coffee in 2012. But also for Zhuowushan coffee to break out a loud signboard, the achievement of their own glory. At the karma gathering, Xu Junrong was introduced by friends to Wang Yu-wen, a professor of agronomy at National Taiwan University who is known as the "godfather of Taiwan coffee." at Xu Junrong's invitation, Professor Wang Yu-wen not only visited "Zhuowu Mountain" many times. and transferred all the relevant coffee cultivation and management technology, Xu Junrong and followed Professor Wang all over Taiwan, on the one hand, to learn to warm up the reclamation of Zhuowu Mountain Coffee Farm.

In 2011, in view of the growing saturation of the Alishan tea market, Xu Junrong resolutely ended the long-established brand of "Zhuowu Gaoshan Tea", leaving only part of the land to be planted as honey red tea and alpine tea. 2.5 hectares of tea garden planted more than 20 years old will be uprooted and converted into Taiwan coffee. In order to ensure the quality and reputation of "selected coffee", Xu Junrong is hands-on in everything from farm management, bean harvesting, fried beans, and marketing, and set up the Chiayi County Coffee Industry Development Association with a group of like-smelling coffee farmers. In order to strictly control the quality of coffee beans, the coffee beans produced by Zhuowushan Coffee Farm are based on the above cultivation methods, and the beans collected are only selected from the top ring branches of the dwarfed coffee trees, and the rest of the lower coffee beans are eliminated, so each coffee bean harvested is particularly large. From planting to production process, organic cultivation is adopted and pesticides are not used. Anaerobic fermentation is one of the many post-production methods developed by Zhuowushan Farm.
