Polina Manor-Rose Summer

The Homberger family, which has been in the coffee industry for three generations, runs Polina Manor on Chiribo Peak, Costa Rica's highest peak. The estate covers an area of 460 hectares, of which 80 hectares are used for growing coffee, 80 hectares for shade trees for coffee, and the rest for animal husbandry, sugar cane and forestry.

The Homberger family will take part of the estate to grow boutique rose varieties. Although the productivity is low and careful care is needed, many farmers are still scrambling to introduce them from Ethiopia because of their high quality prices. Polina Manor takes good care of the cultivated geisha and produces this stunning high-latitude boutique rose summer after careful washing.
