Introduction to Chimeier Manor

Located in the Kimel River Valley in the Wiki Valley of the western highlands of Papua New Guinea, Chimmel Manor, like many large farms, is owned by its own washing plant, but it is actually owned by many independent coffee farmers of the Opais people. In a sense, it is a private cooperative. Due to the excellent growth conditions and the stable quality control process of the treatment plant, the Papua New Guinea coffee beans have an active sense of brightness and retain their unique flavor. Another special custom is that Kimmel has so many varieties of coffee that he can't even count them with one hand. Most farmers actually plant with different varieties to avoid the unexpected risk of failure caused by the growth of a particular variety, which makes this Papua New Guinea coffee bean flavor interesting.
