The first part is a rising fragrance of jasmine, with aromas of blueberries and dried apricots, followed by the sweetness of elderflowers and the freshness of Xinqi sweet oranges, with bright and lively compound acidity as a whole. You can still feel the lingering aroma of jasmine at low temperatures.

Introduction to the manor

Founded in 1900, Mr. Alberto Sitt ó n Rios took over the farm from his father in 1945 and devoted active enthusiasm to inherit the family business. Now the cultivation and management of Manor Coffee has passed on to the fourth and fifth generations of the family. Bambito Manor's coffee trees are planted from 1660m to 1800m above sea level, located between two national forest parks, crossing two ridges from east to west, forming two natural microclimates, protected from the adverse effects of the summer north wind, and the two natural mountain springs on the estate have also become the main water source for the treatment of washed coffee beans.

At the same time, Banbido Coffee Manor also has its own greenhouse and cup testing room, which is used for coffee breeding, organic fertilizer production and quality control of raw coffee beans.
