The original baking technology maximizes the taste of the raw materials. Since 2006, the baristas of Maruyama Coffee have participated in the Japanese barista Championship, a competition to test their knowledge, skills and presentation ability. In addition to achieving high rankings, we have produced Japanese champions for five consecutive years since 2009. Many baristas also take part in other competitions every year, and their experience is used in daily work and training for future generations.
