Ethiopian Yerga Shefi Coffee Yerga Shefi Coffee is suitable for espresso
Famous for its sweetness and aroma, it is light to medium in thickness. Ethiopian Yirgacheffes is sweet and fragrant and is often reviewed and rated as some of the best Arabica coffee in the world. Their reputation for quality usually means that their prices are high, but even so, they are better value for money than other similar products, such as Kona in Hawaii and Blue Mountain Coffee in Jamaica.
Yega Chuefei Coffee is a wet-processed (washed) coffee growing between 1700 and 2200 meters above sea level. It is considered to be the best high-growing coffee in southern Ethiopia, an exotic coffee area famous for its high-quality coffee. These elevations make Yirgacheffes a strictly high-growth (SHG) / strict hard bean (SHB) coffee bean. Due to the altitude, the coffee grows slowly, giving the tree more time to nourish the coffee and form the best flavor.
The high-quality Ethiopian Yechuefi coffee shows bright acidity, full-bodied, clean and complex floral aromas, sometimes with a hint of roasted coconut. Some premium Yega Chevy cups may have a slight nutty or chocolate flavor. Others show subtle orange and citrus tones. These qualities make it the first choice for refreshing iced coffee.
Yirgacheffe coffee is usually milder than Ghimbi coffee, but also more aromatic and fruity, sometimes showing a lemon sour taste. In contrast to jam and wild Ethiopian Harrars, Yirgacheffes has a strong floral and citrus flavor.
