Basic coffee creamer

Cream 300ml

Coconut sugar 50g

Put the whipped cream and coconut sugar into the milk pan. Simmer gently over low heat, stirring constantly, until coconut sugar is completely melted, about 2 minutes

Remove from heat and place the cream in a sealed container. Refrigerate for about 2 weeks.

A pinch of coarse chilli powder

Put the whipped cream, coconut sugar, cinnamon sticks and chilli in the milk pan. Treat your vanilla pods by scraping the seeds into the pan.

Simmer gently over low heat, stirring constantly for 2 minutes, until coconut sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, cover and let other ingredients soak for 1 hour.

Filter creamer through a fine mesh sieve, put into an airtight container, and store in the refrigerator.
