The usage of siphon pot for high-quality coffee
How to use the siphon pot:
1. Install the filter into the bottom of the upper seat and pull the spring through the siphon to the front end to hook and fix it.
2. Add a proper amount of water to the lower seat and dry the outside of the bottom of the lower seat with water drops. Heat with alcohol lamp or mini gas lamp.
▲ Fill in an appropriate amount of cold water according to the cup, and the standard water volume for one person is about 150CC.
3. Insert the upper pot obliquely into the lower seat first. And turn on the gas heating.
4. Put the ground coffee (medium ground) into the upper pot.
5. When the lower seat is boiling, insert the upper seat into the lower seat and press it straight down slightly, so that the hot water quickly rises to the upper seat.
6. After the hot water rises completely, adjust the fire power to be smaller, and gently stir it evenly with bamboo chips to make the coffee powder disperse evenly and extract.
▲ Stir coffee clockwise from outside to inside, from top to bottom to press powder into water.
▲ Do not stir coffee excessively, otherwise it will be easy to take out the astringency.
7. Let the coffee boil for about 50 seconds and then turn off the heat and stir the coffee again.

8. After the coffee flows back to the upper seat, grab the armrest of the lower seat and tilt the upper seat to separate.
9. After separating the upper and lower seats, you can pour the coffee from the lower seat into the warm coffee cup.
