Ethiopian Coffee rating:

G1 and G2 belong to water-washed coffee, in which G1 represents the most advanced washing treatment.

G3 and G4 belong to sun-treated coffee, among which G3 represents the most advanced sun treatment.

Organic coffee: coffee produced without the use of chemical fertilizers and insecticides is called "organic coffee".

Palate: the wine is full-bodied, round and full of sweetness, with an acidity of red wine after taste.
