Last Updated: 2024/11/17, The content of caffeine in coffee is related to the variety of coffee beans, the baking degree of coffee beans and the soaking time of coffee powder: robusta beans are much higher than Arabica beans; the deeper the coffee beans are roasted, the less caffeine is; and the longer the coffee powder is soaked, the more caffeine is extracted. So with the same amount of beans, the ESPRESSO made from deep-baked Arabica beans has the least caffeine content.
