Production method:

Avoid problems:

First, the choice of coffee pot: according to the current coffee culture atmosphere is slowly developing, the coffee brewing equipment market is not very sound, when buying, we must pay attention to the coffee pot glass thickness is uniform, the cup barrel is vertical, the caliber is the same, the outer metal shelf should be strong and have a certain hardness.

Second, water temperature: too high water temperature will deteriorate the coffee oil quality, make coffee bitter, too low water temperature can not boil the taste of coffee will be sour and astringent. So the normal water temperature is between 91 and 96 degrees Celsius.

Third, coffee powder grinding thickness: This is a steeping boiling method, it takes 3 minutes to soak, so coffee powder should be coarse.

Fourth, downward pressure: need to be careful to make this action, press the pressure rod with the palm of your hand, vertically and the bottom of the pot downward uniform straight force. Remember to apply force evenly, too much force will make the coffee pot burst.
