There are many ways of coffee, but the local pot "brew" coffee may be more in line with our national conditions, do not spend too much money to buy utensils, but also let themselves drink a cup of OK coffee!

Earthen jar, filter (filter cloth, filter paper, net spoon are all fine), coffee cup

Put 500 milliliters of water, about 3 cups, fire, boil water first, then grind coffee and grind 3 cups of powder.

(Tianlun No. 1 mixed beans are used here.) when the water approaches the boil, put in the coffee powder.

After putting the powder, stir it a few times, turn off the fire when the water boils, and set it on fire again for two minutes.

Turn off the heat when it's on, repeat it three or four times, and then use a filter to filter the coffee.

A cup of coffee is complete. The taste of the sample is strong and mellow, but the bitter tail is also slightly better than other follicular coffee.

There are several ways to make coffee in earthen cans:

1. Karakaf way: put the water on for one minute (the water temperature drops below 100 degrees), then put the powder and stir for 4 minutes, then filter it.

2. Turkish way: stir the powder a few times after putting it, turn off the fire when the water is boiled, put it on for two minutes and then light it again, turn it off when it is turned on, repeat three or four times, and then use a filter to filter the coffee.

3. Macao cooking method: pour the coffee powder into the tile pot, boil it slowly with water, let the aroma of the coffee powder be released in the tile pot, and filter the coffee with a filter.
