Coffee experience sharing the process of making coffee
Speaking of my first contact with coffee, I'm afraid I have to talk about it since I was a child. From the beginning of learning, I remember that my mother would make this cup of "black water" at home. My mother grew up in East Africa, the birthplace of coffee, and didn't come back to China until she was a teenager. Coupled with the fact that my father stayed abroad when he was young, their combination made the family have a habit of drinking coffee all the time. When my mother gave us milk when we were young, sometimes we would put a tablespoon of Nestle instant coffee, saying that the milk would taste better! Maybe it's not too good for the kids. (laughter) but the first person to come into contact with at that time was Nestle instant coffee!

It is said that Nestl é has been in China for a hundred years. As early as 1908 at the beginning of this century, Nestl é opened its first sales office in China. After the reform and opening up, Nestl é was one of the first foreign businessmen to enter China. In the early 1980s, Nestl é began talks with the Chinese government to invest and build a factory in China. In 1990, Nestl é began to operate its first joint venture factory in Chinese mainland.

But when it comes to making my own coffee, if I work in the summer of my sophomore year and go to a western restaurant to wash my cups, the bar master will teach me how to make coffee when I am free. I also took the opportunity to steal from him. At that time, I used Syphon siphon pots. Master taught me to recognize beans, what is Brazil, what is Mantenin … Look at the shape of the particles, smell the fragrance, taste the taste, but maybe it is young and unwise, and I didn't really know it very well at that time.

Later, when I went to college, my eldest sister opened a cafe and had a lot of professional equipment at home. She had access to all kinds of mocha pots and French pots, and her fondness for coffee became deeper and deeper. But when I am lazy, I still use my favorite drip filter at that time, which is simple and convenient.

Later, after living abroad for more than a decade, the machines used are becoming more and more complex, from simple American trickling pots (Drip Coffee Maker) and Italian Espresso machines to super lazy full automata and the latest capsule machines, each has its own advantages, but the only constant is the love of coffee. Have the opportunity to share all kinds of experiences and fun with you in the blog! (this article is reproduced)
