Coffee bean information

As the name implies, this treatment goes through two anaerobic treatment steps, and after the coffee fruit is picked, it is placed in a closed environment for the first anaerobic fermentation. After the fermentation is completed, the peel and pulp removal step in the water washing treatment is carried out, and after removal, it will be put into the closed environment for the second anaerobic fermentation step, so a total of two anaerobic environment fermentation is the unique feature of this treatment method. Finally, the moisture content was reduced to about 11% by sun drying.
Espresso

Neither roast too deep to remove its own flavor, nor roast too light to make espresso out of balance.

Secondly, the "coffee flavor" has been diluted by this degree of roasting. The traditional impression of Italian coffee beans is too deep. Qianjie Coffee believes that this coffee bean does not have the factor to represent Colombian coffee, this coffee bean can only be an isolated case, Qianjie Coffee prefers to be washed, and the main tone can represent the beans of Colombian coffee producing areas. The reason for not recommending the production of SOE also comes from a variety of factors, the popular point is that the production is difficult and unstable.
Columbia strawberry yogurt was chosen as SOE because of its unique flavor and baking degree, which led to a short taste period and a long bean cultivation period, which may not leave a few days to drink.
