The name Perci is derived in part from the word "perspective", a single unified awareness from sensory processes while a stimulus is present. When we first evaluated these coffees blind, we were sure they were Ethiopian naturals (which in a sense they are). Our first thoughts were not of gesha at all. Gesha exhibits a basic nuance set of orange/tangerine and jasmine. With Perci, that set is just one component of a complex profile that includes mango, pineapple, carob, banana, plum, red grapes, honey, peach, Red Zinger... And more.

The name "Perci" is derived from "perspective". The meaning of "perspective" itself is viewpoint and perspective. The name "Perci" means that in the process of sensory experiments on this coffee, 90 + suddenly feels a unique and amazing stimulation during the overall sensory evaluation as usual, and this feeling makes 90 + have a different view of coffee, citing the meaning of "perspective" and naming it "Perci" to remind ninety + that this is a coffee that impresses us. When the coffee was blindly tested for the first time, 90 + was pretty sure they were Ethiopian tanning coffee (in a sense, yes). And the first idea that came out of 90 + was that this was definitely not rose coffee. The basic flavor of geisha has citrus, orange and jasmine flavors. But for "Perci", the basic flavor of Rose Xia is only a small part of its flavor. In addition, it also has mango, pineapple, carob, banana, plum, red grape, honey, peach, red coral and so on.
