Lychee and Cello (Lycello) W2 L21 90 + Panamanian Rosa Manor Champion Jane Ka-shing
Jian Ka-shing (English name Bruce Lee), winner of the 2013 World barista Competition Taiwan Division (TBC), visited the Rose Summer Manor at 90 + this year, and after tasting the fresh fruit of the rosy summer coffee, he was reminded of the litchi fruit he planted in his backyard. Ka-shing's association of lychees made 90 + quickly use the first two letters "Ly" in the English word "Lychee" of litchi as the first part of the name of this coffee.
Then, considering the components after the name of coffee, Steve took the English word "cello" from the cello. This is because he happened to hear the performance of the talented cellist-- Yo Yo Ma. His exquisite performance of the cello and his careful study of the playing skills deeply affected us, and made 90 + think of his serious attitude towards coffee and study. So take the "o" in his name as the third part of the coffee name. This is the origin of the name "Ly-cell-o" of this coffee.
Producing area 90 + Panamanian Rosa Manor

The flavor characteristics show rich aromas of green tea, musk and basil herbs on the basis of the rose seed's own flavor, with soft lemon acidity and sweet and sour taste similar to litchi on the palate. at the same time, there will be a nutty taste similar to cashews.

Lycello W2 L21
Bruce Lee, current barista champion of Taiwan, visited Ninety Plus Gesha Estates this year and tasted gesha cherries which reminded him of the Lychee fruit that grows in his backyard. Bruce's connection to Lychee inspired a portion of this profile's name. The "cello" in the name, after the string instrument, was the second part of our inspiration. While considering the name of this coffee, we happened to be listening to the talented cellist Yo Yo Ma, and his precise and focused technique inspired us to the name Lycello (lay-chell'-o). Lycello showcases the softest lemon, thyme, basil and gesha flavor.
