Every year the Aguirre family continuously improves the quality of production on their estate. The team pays attention to all the details of the whole process, including the floating flow of coffee fruits, fermentation, steeping, drying, proper storage, and the estate's own drying plant. Before 2006, everyone only knew that Incht was famous for Bourbon species. A trip to the depth of the estate, they distinguished many lots and the path was clear, which was very beneficial to management. Once the quality was verified after harvest, it was confirmed that the harvest was excellent and stable. It will be gradually promoted year by year, increasing the seed area and providing it to the bean baker. El Injerto Estate is located in the heart of the Vivetnam coffee region, with steep peaks and narrow valleys, receiving warm winds from the neighboring lowland valleys of Mexico. The hot air warms the mountainsides, allowing coffee to grow at such high altitudes. Coffee is not planted at a high density, and it is planted in shade. The estate retains 350 hectares of virgin forest, some of which even grows green on the hanging edge. There are 22 batches of El Injerto estate purchased by Mr. Jesus Aguirre Panama in 1874 and gradually planted for farming. Coffee was first grown in 1900 and the garden was named El Injerto, after a local fruit. Inchter Estate has always been a leader in quality and innovation in the coffee industry in Guatemala.
