The Cup of Excellence (COE) program and trademarks are currently owned and managed by the Alliance for Coffee Excellence (ACE), a nonprofit organization. ACE collaborates annually with the host country of the Supercup program (Cup Test) to complete the cup test screening and online auction of fine coffee, and to suggest and promote anything related to coffee quality improvement, with the aim of selecting fine coffee models in the host country and exchanging experiences for the industry to learn from.
