Most coffee beans are not in the best state when they are roasted, and they usually have an obvious sense of dryness and choking, and the taste is more sharp and irritating. Therefore, freshly roasted coffee beans need to be placed in the original package with a single exhaust valve and in a dry and cool place for 3-7 days, allowing the coffee beans to release some carbon dioxide and take away the feeling of smoke.
